add buff if buff detected (hover skiff soak mitigation)

a lot of people dont like that you can fly a bronto or golem up to a base and soak with it and instead of disabling the skiff i was wondering if there is a better alternative.

my first idea to address it would be to have a plugin that applies a buff when another buff is applied/detected on a creature.

so for example, if the buff a creature gets when picked up by the skiff is buff_attachedtobeam_c and the buff that a creature gets when its unpodded by a player with cryo cooldown is buff_summoningsickness_c, i would want to apply buff_summoningsickness_c whenever a creature has buff_attachedtobeam_c.
(allow a .ini variable for both buffs in the event a player wants to do hilarious things with the plugin like apply the hallucinate buff when you get mega rabies or do creative things and mix and match from this list https://ark.gamepedia.com/Status_Effects)

This could mitigate the skiff soaking issue of not allowing soaking from skiffs but also keep the entire functionality of the skiff available for use.

the one downside i can see to this is it would make taming creatures either super easy or impossible when being held by the tractor beam. to help combat this allow a .ini option to enable the plugin on a combination of tamed, tribe, enemy, ally, or wild creatures and let the server owner decide how to set it.

my second idea would be to have a plugin that can block a specified buff from being applied to a specific creature bp.

this has its own issues cause it limits the functionality of the skiff by blocking creature pickups.
