The Crash is not related to the API or any plugin. But some of the plugins are depending on some windows applications you might wanna try to disable Ark Cross Chat plugin as I have mentioned to you before.

Not sure but I maybe be helping it causing it, So try to disable it for while.
If it still crashes. Try to re-install the server completely.

Hard to tell since it looks just Ark Crashes, and that could be anything within ark or a mod.
