tribe log to discord

a plugin that has the ability to send tribe logs to discord for players.

if an admin can update the plugin via discord to the server that would be great. config file can identify a discord channel id in the config file to allow the plugin to accept messages from discord on and the server owner can just types in the url and tribe id for the plugin to process.

there are prob better ways to allow for easy updates.
