The Idea:
Forced in game names based on a steamid.

The Reason:
Make in game admin tasks easier for players who are on probation from bending the rules or a recent unban. Force someone who uses bad names as their in game without banning... There are more, but those are the main reason.

Many Players are using Symbols there are not available in the ARK font.
So there will be alot of Players without Names or broken symbols
