Simple Dino Spawner

Need a plugin that lets me set x,y,z coords and a timer to spawn modded or vanilla dinos at random levels inbetween what ive set in the config. For example at xyz every 3 hours a Giga will spawn that is inbetween level 100 and 300. Is this something that could be done? Players will simply put a trap on these coordinates and quietly kill/tame the dino.

you can do this with a decent rcon client and Extended rcon plugin.

I would be using this for extinction core alpha griffin and other extremely rare creatures. Also Deity and other world bosses.
